Absolute legends! Our car broke down on the way up to Byron and it would take a few days for repairs. When we came to pick up our hire car from Byron RentACar, we mixed up our pick up dates and the owner was kind enough to lend us a car free of charge so we could get around. Highly recommend for the personalised service and kind, down to earth owners. Very much honouring the generous, human-centred spirit of this beautiful place. 🌈

Highly recommended! Customer service above and beyond. I was supposed to pick up the car at ballina and drop it off there but since I was staying in byron they easily changed my drop off location with no fuss. Keep it up guys!

Seriously the best place to rent a car! We arrived to ballina and found out our booking didnt go through with another company. They werent able to acommodate us so we contacted Byron Rent a Car. Boyd picked us up from the airport and took us to their depot – very close by- and handed us a great car. They went above and beyond for us and we are very greatful. Ari, the girl at the byron bay depot was also very kind with us when we requested to extend our rental and drop it off there. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with an almost brand new car, reliable and extra clean. They picked me up from the airport in a transfer and handed me the vehicle rightaway at their depot – which is about 3 min from the airport. Ari, our driver, was very kind and helpful.

Fantastic service from Harry and Ari. We needed to collect car from Coolongatta and return to Ballina Airport. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. They were accessible at all times and were wonderful to deal with. The vehicle was reliable and we will define use them again. We highly recommend this Company!!
